Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to cancel for any reason.

Returns
Unopened / unused cards: Return the card in its original condition within 14 days of receiving it. We will issue a full refund including the original shipping cost.
Used cards (PIN has been set): For security reasons, cards that have been initialised with a PIN cannot be resold. If you return a used card within 14 days, we may issue a refund at our discretion. Returned used cards will be securely destroyed, not restocked.
Return shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the product is defective.

Defective Products
If your card is defective — it does not respond to NFC, the applet does not function, or it does not match the product description — you are entitled to a replacement or full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
You have 30 days from delivery to reject a defective product for a full refund. After 30 days, we will first offer a repair or replacement. If that fails, you are entitled to a partial or full refund.

What Is Not Covered
- Forgotten PINs. If you forget your PIN and the card locks permanently, this is not a defect. There is no recovery and no refund.
- Loss of stored data. HushChip is a storage device. We are not responsible for the value of secrets stored on the card.
- Damage caused by misuse. Physical damage, exposure to extreme conditions, or modification of the card.
Refund Process
- Card payments (Stripe): Refunded within 5–10 working days.
- Bitcoin payments (BTCPay Server): Refunded in Bitcoin to an address you provide, at the GBP equivalent of the original purchase price at the time of refund.
